What we do

We are a community of endangered language speakers, scholars, and community workers working together to produce materials on how to keep ourselves and others safe during and beyond the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Supported by Kalahari Peoples Fund and other generous patrons, we have produced posters, pamphlets, and short audio guides in the following languages from southern Africa:
Afrikaans
Ju|'hoansi (northern and central Namibia)
Khoekhoegowab
Khwedam
Otjiherero
Himba
Naro
!Xun
We are a small team, with limited funding, and so our guidance is fairly restricted and we cannot guarantee it is up to date. For up to date materials and guidance, please see the WHO website.
Please get in touch with us if you would like these produced in another language, and we will do our best to support you!
